Blue Sea Systems 7611 BatteryLink™ Automatic Charging Relay is engineered for seamless integration in 12V and 24V DC electrical systems, offering a 120A continuous rating. This relay automatically combines battery banks during charging and isolates them during discharge, ensuring optimal power management in marine, RV, and emergency vehicle applications. Its dual-sensing design monitors charging on both battery banks, while the IP67-rated waterproof housing allows for installation in engine compartments or other wet environments. The relay features side and bottom knockouts for cable connections, a clip-on cover to insulate terminal connections, and an integrated LED indicator to display ACR status. With a maximum cable size of 1/0 AWG and a 3/8" - 16 (M10) terminal stud size, it supports high-output alternators up to 210A intermittently. The 7611 meets UL 1500 and SAE J1171 ignition protection standards, making it suitable for gasoline-powered vessels. Its 12/24V DC auto-ranging voltage input ensures compatibility with various systems, while the optional Auxiliary Battery Priority connection extends charging time for auxiliary loads.
