Akiva Tech Return and Refund Policy
At Akiva Tech, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer returns and refunds in line with the UK’s consumer protection laws. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Final Sale Items
Please note that items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If you are returning a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us immediately by emailing sales@akiva.tech with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return postage if applicable.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product for a refund (if applicable) and place a new order.
6. Exemptions
Certain items are exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
• Opened or used electronic products.
• Custom or personalized products.
7. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@akiva.tech with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
8. International Returns
For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Customs and import duties are non-refundable.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
